The combinations in this Peppermint Chocolate Drizzled Popcorn are ideal for the holidays with the classic flavors of peppermint and dark chocolate. 12 cups popped popcorn 10 ounces miniature marshmallows 1 cup white chocolate chips 4 tablespoons butter 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract 1/4 cup crushed. Our friends over at Caskata gifted us this gorgeous winterberry serving bowl and i’m seriously in love. I will accept a rebuttal with gingerbread for a close second.īut, the actual best part of this recipe is the adorable serving bowl. I mean dark chocolate and peppermint is the best holiday flavor pairing. When I make this again, I’d probably use dark chocolate because I like the flavor better. I used milk chocolate for this glaze because it’s what I had on hand. You’ll need the crushed peppermint to toss on the popcorn while the chocolate glaze is still warm and sticky for optimal deliciousness. I should also say that if you need to crush your peppermint, do that too. While your popcorn is popping away, make the chocolate glaze. But, you’ll could use bagged popcorn too or even cook it on the stove. I prefer to use my reusable silicone popcorn maker because it’s amazing. Firstly, you’ll need to whip up some popcorn. What a novel idea to toss ’em all together! It’s festive, it’s delicious, and it’s super easy. And The Man Who Invested Christmas was my personal favorite new one for us this year (it’s on Amazon Prime right now).I love popcorn and I especially love chocolate and peppermint. Here are some affiliate links to the camera and bracket I used. If it saves me from running into a picnic table or fire pit it is well worth the money. Especially because I travel alone sometimes and do not always have a spotter. I have been backing up trailers for a long time and pretty good at it but for less than $200 I really like having the camera. It is nice to know if someone is behind or coming up to pass. 4.1) Wired Options 4.1.1) LAMTTO RV Backup Camera System 4.1.2) DVKNM Dual Backup Camera Monitor Kit 4.1.3) RVS-770613-NM by Rear View Safety 4.2) Wireless Options 4.2. traveling down the highway there is a little bit of “skipping” from the motions of the road as it passes by, but it still works great. I have had the camera for a few trips and it works excellent for backing up. ( if you have a GM vehicle you may need to override the auto driving lights) The monitor plugs into a round power port ( cigarette lighter if you are old school like me) The power for the camera comes off the marker lights so you have to have your headlights on for the camera to activate. The monitor is a nice large 7″ color display and looks great with the 1080p high definition. I could have pushed them into the wall of the trailer but I figured it would be easier if I need to service it. I am sure it would not have been an issue if I had gotten an Haloview backup camera but I am cheap and I saved about $25 bucks. I had to drill a few holes in the adapter to mount the brackets together. Supports 3 cameras with manual or triggered source selection Rearview mirror. The only hiccup was the fact that the bracket was for a halo view camera mount and I had a different brand of camera. Our wireless systems designed for the RV lifestyle feature. Amtifo FHD 1080P Digital Wireless Backup Camera and monitor To go along with the bracket I got an Amtifo FHD 1080P Digital Wireless Backup Camera and monitor for less than $150. Furrion intended to make a cost-effective RV backup camera system that fulfills your needs but does cut corners on a few other design elements. I have been thinking about getting one but then I came across a bracket on Amazon for $9.99 that adapts the holes for the furrion camera to a different camera and includes a wiring adapter. Best Overall: Furrion FOS07TAPT First and foremost is the prime Furrion backup camera model that everyone is talking about. The “shark fin” mount is for a Furrion camera system but if you have checked into getting one you know they can be rather pricy. If you have a newer trailer you probably have a pre-wired backup camera mount on the rear of your trailer. But we always kept that quintessential neighborhood spirit and focused on our Southern-inspired menu of comfort food made with fresh ingredients.”Īs I said earlier, a visit to this eatery is well worth it! The lunch menu offers a variety of items, including hamburgers, wraps, cocktails and salads. “More than 20 years later, we are an institution – growing to 25 locations throughout Georgia, North Carolina, Florida and Texas. Two popular breakfast dishes are eggs and sausage with French toast, and scrambled eggs with avocado toast. Settled in a quiet neighborhood called Candler Park on the east side of Atlanta, we sold out of our signature biscuits by 11 a.m. If you could, you might expect the answer to be the Bacon And Eggs Breakfast, since its one of the most-ordered items on the entire menu at this morning go-to. The restaurant’s website boasts the slogan, “Serving Breakfast All Day For 20 Years.” A bit of history explains, “Our first café opened for breakfast at about 7 a.m. We are looking forward to returning and trying out some lunch items. The prices are what you’d expect for an eatery in the midst of one of the downtown squares in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown – but worth it in our opinion. Of the many comments we heard from others who have dined at the Flying Biscuit, it seems as if the café’s opening bumps have been ironed out, as we had a delightful experience, great service and delicious food. Simply delicious! Breakfast delights include pancakes, biscuits and jams, breakfast sandwiches, shrimp and grits and French toast. The grits were a real surprise, as they were cooked Southern creamy style with white cheddar cheese added. 4. It, too, was a very large portion served with perfectly poached eggs. My dining companion ordered The Ghost in You Classic Eggs Benedict, which is an English muffin topped with Canadian bacon, two poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, served with creamy dreamy grits for $9.29. The Flying Biscuit Café offers plenty of seating, from a large bar at the front of the restaurant to a colorful-yet-cozy dining space. The biscuit was fresh and the fried eggs on top were cooked perfectly. The chicken sausage gravy was a real treat, since I never even thought about adding chicken bits to my own sausage gravy. It was huge! The taste was magnificent (definitely not calorie-conscious) with just the right amount of spices. I ordered the Freebird Cultured Redneck Benedict, which is a split biscuit topped with a crispy buttermilk chicken, two over-medium eggs, chicken sausage gravy and drizzled with maple syrup, served with creamy dreamy grits for $9.29. If you’re looking for two excellent ways to enjoy Eggs Benedict, then look no further than the Freebird Cultured Redneck Benedict and The Ghost in You Classic Eggs Benedict. They even offer gluten-free and vegan items. Breakfast is served all day and there are a variety of lunch choices, as well as “specials” to choose from. The menu is chock-full of choices named for famous songs. No wait for water or coffee refills, as he was always aware of what we needed. We do occasionally also play public domain works (i.e. Due to licensing restrictions, we cannot play cover tunes, only original music that YOU composed and own the copyright to. The album must contain your original piano compositions. That's not to say you can't have one or two more dynamic or eclectic compositions on your album project - that's totally okay - but the album, in general, should be fairly representative of the name Whisperings. If your album is full of thunderous, dynamic passages with lots of pounding, high-energy passages or fireworks. The name of the broadcast is "Whisperings" and the tag line is "Music to Quiet Your World." So by its very definition, the style of music we play is gentle, peaceful and relaxing. We want to be able to promote you and your album as solo piano, and if we can't reasonably call your album "solo piano," we won't promote it. It's fair to say that if an album isn't at least 70% solo piano, we'll likely pass on it for the broadcast. the more solo piano music your project contains, the more likely it is we'll use some of the tracks. If your album includes a small amount of additional instrumentation on a few tracks, that's fine as long the full album (or collection) is mostly solo piano. As stated above, only solo piano work will be considered. If ALL THREE conditions above are met, you've passed the first test. We just aren't interested in one-off piano tracks, preferring to promote artists who are dedicated to releasing solo piano music on an ongoing basis. The more tunes you have, the more likely it is we'll find something that will work us. Caveat: If you create a playlist of solo piano tracks you'd like to send in so we can review a collection of works at once (let's say, a minimum of 8 tracks), we will take a listen. We will ignore submissions that do not meet those requirements. So if you are just wanting to submit one or two piano tracks, even if it meets the conditions of #1 and #2 above, you'll need to wait until you have a larger selection of original piano works to submit. We are not accepting one-off singles from artists who are not already well-established on the broadcast. if your intended submission is not an original composition, written and 100% owned and copyrighted by you.
I did not see any specifications around total power for the headphone amp. As a headphone amp, the Black is capable of lower output defined as 1.2V direct-coupled, while the Red can provide up to 2.1V. This is a low power device paired with the ES9010(K2M?) DAC in the Black, and the ES9016 DAC in the Red both of which are of course part of the ESS Technology Sabre family with the ES9016 having better dynamic range and distortion measurements of the two. As you can see, the new Black and Red models use a Microchip PIC32MX microcontroller. Here's a handy comparison table that shows the difference between the Dragonfly models. There is of course the large dragonfly logo on top which changes color to show the sample rate: red= standby, green= 44kHz, blue= 48kHz, amber= 88kHz, magenta= 96kHz, and purple(darker magenta) = MQA rendering as of firmware 1.06. No buttons or any hardware control on the device. The SMSL iDEA is comparatively lighter weight which is consistent with it's tiny frame. The AudioEngine feels solid as well with its aluminum construction. There's some heft to it, unlike the more plasticky feel of the Geek Out V2's 3D printed case. There's a rubberized-metal solid feel to the device. Like the Dragonfly v1.2 before, the new Dragonfly Black 1.5 (and I would assume the Dragonfly Red) feels like a well made product. As you can see in the image above, I have tested a few others of these kinds of DACs already including the AudioEngine D3 measured in 2014, Light Harmonic Geek Out V2 in 2015, and also the previous revision Dragonfly v1.2 in 2014 which I don't have on hand any more (it was given as a gift to a friend). For example, a few weeks back, I showed the measurements for the SMSL iDEA which I thought performed objectively amazingly well for such a small device although I had some issues with seamless connectivity to Linux / Android. I think it's useful to show these test results on the Dragonfly because AudioQuest clearly has a healthy advertising budget and promotes it quite heavily on audiophile sites with ads in magazines as well as such it's a bit of a "standard" even though a number of other alternatives exist. Long enough for me to listen and run some objective testing to see what the "deal" is. I'm actually borrowing it from a friend so it's not going to be in my possession for long. Some may require separate player software, like USB Audio Player Pro.Four USB mini-DAC's (back to front): Light Harmonic Geek Out V2, Audioquest Dragonfly Black, SMSL iDEA, AudioEngine D3.Īs I showed a couple weeks ago, I have in my possession one of the Audioquest Dragonfly Black DACs for testing. Most Android devices that shipped with Android M or above will work using a USB OTG cable.
